As you will no doubt be aware, Auckland has been placed into alert level 3 to contain a new community outbreak. As a result the office will be closed and all staff will be working from home as we have done previously during lockdowns.

At this stage, staff are all arranging collection of work equipment so they can get back up and running as soon as possible this morning. The phones will be placed on divert, however we would still encourage you to email customerservices@autohub.co.nz for assistance in the first instance.

We will be clearing as many de-regs as possible today and will re-evaluate once it becomes clear how long the lockdown will be this time. For Auckland based customers, deliveries can continue under level 3 restrictions, however this must be done on a contactless basis. If your nominated delivery address is unable to receive your vehicles, please provide an alternative address as soon as possible.
