Re: Holidays preparation
With the holidays rapidly approaching, it is time to finalise plans for vehicle and de-reg deliveries during the break.
Vehicle Deliveries
There are still a number of vessels arriving over the holiday period and we will continue deliveries on non-stat days to clear the ports.
If you have vehicles arriving, please ensure that your nominated delivery address is both open and able to receive vehicles during this time.
If you need to make alternative arrangements, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.
If deliveries are unable to be completed, additional storage and transport fees will be at your cost.
Export Certificate Despatch
Our last courier despatch for export certificates will be Monday the 18th of December.
This is to avoid the risk of non-delivery. Please ensure prompt payment is arranged this week to enable us to send any urgent export certificates.
Customers are welcome to collect from the office on the following days during this shut down period:
19th -21st December 9am-5pm
22nd December 9am-midday
27-29th December 9am-midday
Normal daily courier pickups will resume from Wednesday the 3rd of January.
Autohub NZ Office Hours
Our office will be closed on the stat days and there will be reduced staff on site during the short weeks in between. We will return fully to business as usual on Monday the 8th of January.
